Andreas Georgallis is an Attorney at Law based in Athens, member of the Athens Bar Association. He is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds, with distinction, a Master’s Degree in Criminology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.

Since 2015, he has been providing specialized legal services throughout Greece and internationally. He has handled and undertaken a substantial number of cases in the fields of Migration Law, as well as Real Estate Law.

With over ten (10) years of experience, Andreas is skilled in the issuance of residence permits of all categories, the process of entry and employment of third-country nationals in Greece, as well as asylum procedures at all instances.

Furthermore, he has successfully handled real estate transactions and the implementation of investment projects by foreign investors, in conjunction with the acquisition of residence permits under the “Golden Visa” program.

Andreas provides also voluntary consultative services on draft legislation submitted for parliamentary consideration and has frequently served as a lecturer, in cooperation with accredited educational institutions, in professional training and educational seminars on Μigration Law and participates as a speaker in legal conferences.
