The Greek Citizenship Code (Law 3838/2010), as amended by Law 4332/2015, grants the right to a child of foreign nationals who was born in Greece, has been enrolled in the first grade of primary school, and continues to attend a Greek school, to acquire Greek citizenship upon submission of a relevant declaration–application by both parents.

I. Conditions to be fulfilled

A business or commercial lease is defined as the granting of the right to use and occupy a property by the owner to the lessee, for the purpose of the latter carrying out a business or commercial activity therein.
