GREEK CITIZENSHIP FOR UNIVERSITY GRADUATES IN GREECE
A foreign national who resides legally in Greece under a valid residence permit and has obtained a degree from a Greek Higher Education Institution may acquire Greek citizenship by submitting the relevant declaration - application.

The applicant must:

The Greek Citizenship Code (Law 3838/2010), as amended by Law 4332/2015, grants the right to a child of foreign nationals who was born in Greece, has been enrolled in the first grade of primary school, and continues to attend a Greek school, to acquire Greek citizenship upon submission of a relevant declaration–application by both parents.
