GOLDEN VISA – INVESTMENT IN A FIXED – TERM BANK DEPOSIT

One of the eligible forms of financial investment provided for under Article 99 of Law 5038/2023, which grants eligibility for the issuance of a Golden Visa residence permit, is a fixed-term bank deposit in the amount of five hundred thousand euros (EUR 500,000) with a Greek banking institution.

 

Requirements:

GOLDEN VISA – EXECUTIVES OF COMPANIES ESTABLISHED IN GREECE

Pursuant to Article 98 of Law 5038/2023, a residence permit for investment activity (Golden Visa) may be granted to third-country nationals who hold executive or managerial positions in companies established in Greece or in subsidiaries of foreign companies established in Greece.

GOLDEN VISA – INVESTMENT IN GREEK GOVERNMENT BONDS

One of the eligible forms of financial investment provided for under Article 99 of Law 5038/2023, which grants eligibility for the issuance of a Golden Visa residence permit, is the acquisition of Greek Government bonds with a minimum acquisition value of five hundred thousand euros (€500,000) and a remaining maturity of at least three (3) years at the time of purchase, through a credit institution established in Greece.
