GOLDEN VISA – INVESTMENT IN MUTUAL FUND SHARES

Pursuant to Article 99 of Law 5038/2023, third-country nationals are granted the opportunity to obtain a Golden Visa residence permit by undertaking high-value financial investments.

GOLDEN VISA – INVESTMENT IN A FIXED – TERM BANK DEPOSIT

One of the eligible forms of financial investment provided for under Article 99 of Law 5038/2023, which grants eligibility for the issuance of a Golden Visa residence permit, is a fixed-term bank deposit in the amount of five hundred thousand euros (EUR 500,000) with a Greek banking institution.

 

Requirements:

GOLDEN VISA – EXECUTIVES OF COMPANIES ESTABLISHED IN GREECE

Pursuant to Article 98 of Law 5038/2023, a residence permit for investment activity (Golden Visa) may be granted to third-country nationals who hold executive or managerial positions in companies established in Greece or in subsidiaries of foreign companies established in Greece.
