A third-country national may obtain a Permanent Investor Residence Permit (Golden Visa) by investing in the form of a capital contribution of at least five hundred thousand euros (€500,000) to a company established or operating in Greece, excluding Portfolio Investment Companies and Real Estate Investment Companies.

In order to complete the procedure for the issuance of a Permanent Investor Residence Permit (Golden Visa), it is required that the interested third-country national open a bank account with a Greek banking institution.
