GOLDEN VISA – INVESTMENT VIA PURCHASE OF GREEK GOVERNMENT SHARES AND BONDS

One of the eligible forms of financial investment provided for under article 99 of Law 5038/2023, which grants eligibility for the issuance of a Golden Visa residence permit, is the acquisition of shares, corporate bonds or greek government bonds that are admitted to trading or traded on regulated markets or multilateral trading facilities operating in Greece, with a minimum acquisition value of eight hundred thousand euros (EUR 800,000).
